JOB TITLE: Retail Maintenance Mechanic
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager for Rosedale Center
Keeps premises of shopping center in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sweep and/or pick up trash in parking lots and decks.
Collects outside trash from receptacles and transports to waste disposal area.
Replaces light bulbs, interior and exterior.
Setting up Special Leasing carts.
Assisting with Marketing set ups.
Conducts minor mechanical and plumbing repairs.
Maintains exterior irrigation system.
Snow Removal on sidewalks and dock areas. Assist in removal on parking decks.
General upkeep and minor painting around center.
Cleans vacant spaces (from time to time) and other areas.
Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general. Education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Driver’s license required.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
